Account and data deletion

In the app

Open Matetic.
Open Settings.
Select Account.
Select Delete account and data.
Read the warning and confirm deletion.

The local experience clears progress on this device. The adult online experience also requests deletion of data linked to the Firebase account, including anonymous, email and Google accounts. A connection is required to confirm remote deletion. Interrupted requests continue on the server; retry for confirmation. The app retains local progress until online deletion is confirmed.

Without access to the app

Email valionsuport@gmail.com with the subject “Delete Matetic account”. Provide the account email, if any, or the available technical identifier. Confirm that you want to delete the account and associated progress. We may verify ownership before deletion. Do not send passwords, identity documents or card details.

This channel allows requests without reinstalling the app. Data stored only on a device must be cleared on that device through Matetic settings or Android app data settings.

Data removed

Player profile and nickname.
Remote progress, levels, stars, experience, statistics and history linked to the account.
Ranking participation and results linked to the account.
Local coins and power-up inventory when clearing data on this device.
Firebase authentication account, including Matetic email or Google credentials.

Deleting a Matetic account does not delete your Google Account. There are no real-money in-game purchases. Google Play processes the payment to download the app; deleting an account or app data does not automatically request a refund. Refund requests must follow Google Play's channels and policies.

Minimal retained records

A technical deletion marker may remain to prevent deleted records or sessions from being reused. It does not retain the profile nickname or email. Infrastructure operational logs follow providers’ retention periods.
